Accessing Reiki at a young age can assist dramatically in reducing worry, anxiety, stress, inability to process emotions or feelings, improve sleep & bring peace to a number of experiences that may hold imbalance.
Its soothing techniques teach self-care at a young age which assists in overall health & wellbeing.

Respectfully in Japanese tradition Reiki level 1 may be accessed for children at the age of 7.
