Become Conscious of Consciousness itself

It’s been a dense & dramatic ride for many of us over this past week.
Over-drive with-in the mental mind & un-resolved ego aspects have been heightened.
This may have been mirrored & reflected with-in relationships & partnerships.
It may have felt heavy at times as these waves crashed in HARD.

This stirred up the emotional body creating challenges with-in the mental mind's communication & even creating moments of ego-driven turmoil.
You may have found yourself feeling cloudy, confused on direction & even at times self-defeated.
You may have even had physical symptoms arise effecting the immune system & nervous system ( ley-lines of the body), the ears, throat & lymph nodes.
We are deep in ley-line clearing of our bodies & of this planet.
Our waters are being crystallized, all that is dense must alchemize.

We are being guided to re-direct to our hearts.
In moments of the mental minds communication of thoughts we are recognizing & witnessing the challenges & chatter the mental mind will create. We do not escape our thoughts.

What unspoken emotions & patterns have you found yourself moving through presently?
Until we tend to the underlying "root" that rests beneath these patterns/emotions they will continue to cycle & repeat & they will continue to get louder.

Great discernment is required now…be present & tune in-ward.
We are witnessing the veils of illusion clear before us & with-in us.
Become conscious of consciousness itself.
