Acceptance of Completion

We have entered into the energetic resonance of Autumn equinox.

The Equinox season illuminates endings & completions of cycles.

You may have been experiencing this release through forms of emotional & physical purging.

As we learn to let go & surrender, to "shed" our skin we awaken new life & new energy to emerge, create & birth.

In this time of release if you are feeling resistance, constriction or control, know that you have the power within to accept change & trust your souls lights.

To approach change with detachment from outcome we can let go of any forms of control or manipulation that we may subconsciously create.

Letting go is a process, be patient, gentle & kind with yourself.
