RETREATS: Full refunds will be given in the case of a Global Lockdown (like 2020/2021) at the time that the retreat is planned. Such as, the country that we are travelling to is not accesible due to travel restrictions.

In all other cases, retreat payments are non-refundable and non transferable. If in the event of medical or family emergency details will be discussed with Brittanyon a case to case basis.

FLIGHTS: Rabbitwhole Holistics & Brittany Roselle will never be responsible for flights that you have booked in the event of cancellation. It is always recommended to purchase travel insurance when booking your flights to protect yourself

WORKSHOPS: Any payments made when signing up for a workshop or Ceremony are non-refundable.

COURSES + IMMERSIONS: Any payments when signing up for a Course or Immersion are non-refundable.
