RETREATS: Full refunds will be given in the case of a Global Lockdown (like 2020/2021) at the time that the retreat is planned. Such as, the country that we are travelling to is not accesible due to travel restrictions.

In all other cases, retreat payments are non-refundable and non transferable. If in the event of medical or family emergency details will be discussed with Brittany on a case to case basis.

FLIGHTS: Rabbit Whole Holistics & Brittany Roselle will never be responsible for flights that you have booked in the event of cancellation. It is always recommended to purchase travel insurance when booking your flights to protect yourself

WORKSHOPS: Any payments made when signing up for a workshop or Ceremony are non-refundable. Weather impacted will always have a refund option with date re-alignment option.

SESSIONS: Please note that our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment and there will be a 100% charge for no shows. Also, appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client.
